Reorder PDF pages
Change the order of PDF pages with accessible move controls.
How to use
Choose a PDF and every page appears in a list, labelled with its original page number. Move pages with the ↑ and ↓ buttons, which also work with the keyboard and screen readers, then Save new order creates a copy named after the original with -reordered, for example report-reordered.pdf.
The list shows page numbers, not previews, so it helps to have the document open alongside. Each button moves a page one place; for big moves in a long document, Extract PDF pages is quicker: typing the full new order, such as 10,1-9, does the same in one step.
Every page appears exactly once in the new file; nothing is added or removed. The pages are copied into a new document: text stays selectable, images are not compressed again, and the title, author and other document information are copied. Bookmarks and links to other pages are lost, and a fillable form may stop working.
The PDF can be up to 80 MB; password-protected files are not supported. Everything happens in your browser, and the file is not uploaded.

Are my documents uploaded?
No. Reading, editing and creating the output happen locally on this device.
Can I use a password-protected PDF?
No. Unlock the document with an authorised application before using this tool.
Can I delete or duplicate pages while reordering?
No. Reordering keeps every page exactly once. To leave pages out, use Extract PDF pages.
Why is the Save new order button greyed out?
It becomes available once a valid PDF has been read. If the file is damaged or password-protected, an error message explains why.
